Pass Policies

• This annual pass program does not constitute as a club membership or allow for special privileges beyond the benefits listed above. The annual pass is renewable on the one year anniversary of annual pass purchase.
• Annual pass holder agrees to a minimum of a one year commitment.  Club will maintain a credit card on file, and card will be charged on the second day of each month.
• Cancellation of pass holder agreement with club must be made via email to manager@tothillfarm.com.
• Tee times can be made up to two weeks in advance.
• Annual pass holders can only book one tee-time per day.
• Fivesomes are not allowed.
• Personal coolers are not allowed.
• Proper golf attire required while playing.
• The club reserves the right to prorate the remainder of an individual pass holder fee and can also discontinue an annual pass for any reason.
